The owner is a very rude, undignified and unprofessional man, as is his mother who works with him in cahoots. He apparently had been watching me like a hawk since I stepped into the store looking for a new hair product. I've shopped at this store several times before and have always been followed around by his mother, but I never paid much mind to it or said anything. However today, he decided to push the envelope a bit further and yell at me for opening jars of product to see what they smelled like (and I am glad that I did because a lot of these product jars were half empty or smelled rancid). I retorted that I have to check what I am purchasing. How can I walk into a store and purchase something blindly? I have purchased a product at this store that fell apart at the seams only weeks later (yet I came back, only out of convenience). After mumbling something in his native tongue, he responded by sending his mother to do his dirty work per usual. She starts her usual stroll around the isle then made her way into the aisle where I was shopping only to stop at the shelf in front of me pretending to reorganize things. I say excuse me and she starts mumbling something that isn't English and proceeds to GRAB THE ITEMS IN MY HAND and continue to mumble then walk away. I stood there both astonished and confused that someone could act so crass. Clearly, the apple does not fall far from the tree. She walked away and I walk up to her and just handed over the rest of the products because honestly, I did not feel like giving this establishment my hard earned money after they pulled a stunt like this. Of course, she again mumbles something not in english. I go to the owner sitting at the counter and calmly tell him that this is no way to run a business, it is highly unprofessional and it's bad customer service. He proceeds to start yelling and calling me a bad customer in front of another customer whose jaw fell wide open. I said sir, im not going to argue but what you are doing is profiling and it's illegal--I should not be harassed while shopping. He would not allow me to talk and instead continued to yell, ordering me to get out and quote "dont come back." Well sir, like I said, we are already on the same page as that was EXACTLY what I intend to do. I will never give this predjudiced shop owner another red cent. I have already notified the Euclid Police non-emergency line and also plan to file an official complaint with the better business bureau. I write this review to warn fellow customers to take your business elsewhere, unless you enjoy subpar products and being harassed while shopping. HE IS VERY RUDE PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. You have been warned.

Terrible Customer Service, Racist Owner
